The Vaccine Injury Table, and we may have it up here, is a, a document or a law that lists the various types of vaccines that are covered by the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.
If a vaccine is not covered by the program, you are not necessarily or you’re unlikely to be able to make a claim under the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. The Federal Government does have other programs which we’ve talked about, but in terms of the VICP, the first requirement is that a vaccine is listed on the, the vaccine injury table.
