US Court of Federal Claims

So the right jurisdiction for these kind of claims is the US Court of Federal Claims, and there’s a whole program set up to administer these kind of claims. It’s the National Vaccine Injury Compensation program. I just wanted to read to you because I think it’s pretty interesting what happens when somebody presents a claim and the claim is accepted and they get compensation for their injuries.
